Testimonials

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for showing us the apartments and making us feel at home in Jackson Heights. It is rare to run into this level of professionalism and friendliness combined. Right from the start Ian made the interview process so easy and also gave that impression that you guys really know what you are doing. The listings are really nice and in the one case stunning so I know that even the fixer upper might be possible.

Testimonials

We can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us. We had been through several brokers and you were the only one who treated us as people, not just as a potential commission. We appreciate your helping us through the home-buying process and we look forward to having you as a neighbor

After interviewing several realtors, I found Dan Karatzas to be the most knowledgeable and most professional. Selling any property is an immense responsibility, but selling a residence that is over 600 miles away adds another level of complexity. However, Dan's expertise and guidance made it an easy undertaking. His expert assistance in evaluating the multiple offers presesented within days of the listing was invaluable. Where there were minor repair issues, he engaged, on our behalf, the proper individuals to handle the tasks so the sale could go forward. It was a pleasure working with Dan and I recommend him without any reservation. Again, thanks for everything!

Ann Berg

I can whole-heartedly recommend Daniel Karatzas as a real estate agent. My husband and I were searching for an apartment in Jackson Heights and Daniel was one of the agents we dealt with. He is absolutely the BEST in Jackson Heights and in general, in our experience of many years. Daniel is reliable, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He will listen carefully to what you are looking for and will not waste your time running you around to look at every listing that comes his way whether or not it is relevant to your search criteria. In a respectful and pleasant manner he will help you to assess the property and he will provide excellent guidance in preparing and reviewing the co-op package. If you want someone who will work diligently on your behalf, then select Daniel Karatzas. For these reasons and because he is a delightful and intelligent person, I recommend him without reservation!

Arlene Wipfler

We discovered Jackson Heights on a Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate company's web site; it was described as the "new Park Slope." We fell in love with an apartment and the neighborhood, and made an offer. The agent disappeared and the co-op rejected us. Next came Dan Karatzas of Beaudoin Realty Group who showed us a better apartment and led us by the hand through the co-op's approval process. Dan was great - he knows the ropes, is attentive, persistent, honest, and extremely competent. If you are interested in buying or selling in this wonderful neighborhood of Jackson Heights, we recommend Beaudoin Realty Group without reservation.

Testimonials:

Ian helped my husband and I find our first apartment last fall. Although we were nervous about buying real estate and didn't know what to expect, Ian was always very honest and straightforward and answered all our questions patiently. He gave us a lot of personal attention and made the whole process much less stressful. I would highly recommend Ian and Beaudoin Realty to anyone looking for a home in beautiful Jackson Heights. We love our new place!

Melanie Brussat

As a first time buyer, I was a little nervous and naïve about the entire process of purchasing an apartment. (It can be pretty intimidating!) Ian Perler and the entire Beaudoin Realty team were instrumental in ensuring a smooth buying process. They were open and honest with me from the beginning. I never felt hurried or pushed to make a decision. They listened carefully to what my needs were and were very patient with me. Throughout the contract phase of the sale, they were responsive to the needs of appraisers, inspectors, lawyers and lenders. I am truly grateful to Ian Perler and Beaudoin Realty Group for helping me to find my new home!

Sara O'Connell

As first-time homebuyers, we met Ian last July when we were considering purchasing a cooperative apartment in historic Jackson Heights. Although Ian was representing sellers, he treated us with respect from the start and never fatigued as he answered our many questions about the neighborhood and the buying process. Perhaps most important to us as first-time homebuyers was Ian’s candidness and his easy-going, good-natured, low-pressure approach to helping us find a new home.
After we had placed a big on an apartment, Ian and his associates at Beaudoin Realty guided us through the co-op application process and provided invaluable assistance with putting together our application packet and by answering our question as we read thought co-op financial statements and board minutes. During this time, Ian always made himself available and worked hard both for the sellers and for us to make the process as smooth as possible.
Though he may just be getting his real estate career started, Ian possesses professionalism and smarts in spades, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was instrumental in making manageable and even enjoyable what could have been a nerve-wracking and chaotic experience for us as first-time homebuyers. And of course we love our new garden apartment in Jackson Heights. Thanks Ian!
